Thank you for your interest in ordering fine leather apparel from us. We know that you will be satisfied with your purchase and experience many hours of enjoyment wearing it.

We have a secure shopping cart for your use which is probably the most convenient, however, you may call us at (865) 988-8856, from 9 AM to 6 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

You can also send us an e-mail telling us what you want, including your phone number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We accept Americn Express, Visa and MasterCard but please don't send a charge card number via e-mail as the security doing that is questionable.

If for some reason, your order is shipped correctly and you want to return it, we will accept the return and charge a 15% restocking fee. This covers our order processing costs. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

We also accept a check or money order as payment. Please make either payable to Rose Elsworth.

All our shipping is Priority Mail through the USPS. We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping and handling and orders over $100.00 are shipped free.
